You are so nervous that the mere thought that the raptor probably hears your loud breathing and you moving around makes you even more nervous. The small closet feels so small, and even smaller due to you moving around, that you're morbidly amazed that you haven't accidentally kicked the closet door open yet.
Door, door...
Has the velociraptor already done eating the sausage?
Quite likely. It was such a small sausage anyway. Is it looking for more food? You try to quiet your breathing and the small noise made by your continuous adjustments of posture for a moment and listen to the sounds coming from outside the closet, but you cannot hear anything. Is it outside the closet? Where is it?
